Learning Science implemented in a variety of modalities

Research suggests that hand written notes, either using pen and paper or stylus and tablet, help to encode and retain new information more efficiently than typing notes. For each course I teach, I provide a student-friendly research paper that supports hand-written notes.

In addition to providing the paper for them to read, I also created an AI generated podcast version of the paper that allows students to hear the information in a more informal format.
